TF Wholesale Liquidator primarily serves resellers, retailers, liquidators, exporters, and other commercial buyers. Individual consumers are also welcome to purchase from us.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Nature of Liquidation Merchandise

TF Wholesale Liquidator specializes in wholesale liquidation inventory, including but not limited to:

• Customer returns

• Overstock merchandise

• Shelf pulls

• Open-box products

• Closeout inventory

• Excess inventory

• Untested merchandise

Because liquidation inventory differs from traditional retail products, merchandise may include cosmetic imperfections, damaged or missing retail packaging, missing accessories, or other conditions commonly associated with liquidation inventory.

Unless otherwise stated, all merchandise is sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS.

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and manifests whenever available, we do not guarantee:

• the functionality of every individual item;

• complete accessory sets;

• original retail packaging;

• manufacturer warranties;

• resale value;

• profitability; or

• exact manifest accuracy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with purchasing liquidation merchandise.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD).

We currently accept payment through:

• Bank Wire Transfer

• Zelle

• Apple Pay

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order and release the inventory for sale.

4. Shipping and Freight

Because we sell wholesale pallets and truckloads, shipments are generally delivered through third-party Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carriers unless local pickup has been arranged.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• an accurate shipping address;

• a valid contact number;

• information regarding loading dock or forklift availability; and

• notification if liftgate service or residential delivery is required.

Additional freight charges imposed by the carrier for residential delivery, liftgate service, storage, redelivery, or other accessorial services are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible freight damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) or Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and governs all return, exchange, cancellation, refund, and restocking procedures.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for verified defective products in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

• non-defective merchandise;

• buyer’s remorse;

• change of mind;

• resale expectations;

• or normal conditions associated with liquidation inventory.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange by contacting our customer support team before returning any merchandise.

Exchange requests:

• require prior approval;

• are subject to inventory availability; and

• may be subject to applicable shipping charges and a 0% restocking fee, unless the exchange results from our error or a verified defective product.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered warehouse processing or been assigned to a freight carrier.

Approved cancellations after warehouse processing has begun may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Incorrect Shipments

If we accidentally ship merchandise that does not match your invoice, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verifying the error, we will arrange the appropriate remedy, including replacement merchandise or a refund, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TF Wholesale Liquidator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Website or the purchase of liquidation merchandise.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• lost profits;

• lost revenue;

• loss of business opportunities;

• resale losses;

• data loss; or

• business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies expressly provided under our Refund & Returns Policy.
