Warranty Policy

At TF Wholesale Liquidator, we specialize in wholesale liquidation merchandise, including customer returns, overstocks, shelf pulls, closeouts, and excess inventory. Because liquidation merchandise differs from traditional retail products, it is sold under the warranty terms outlined below.

Please read this Warranty Policy together with our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

1. No Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all pallets, lots, and truckloads sold by TF Wholesale Liquidator are sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS.

TF Wholesale Liquidator does not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the merchandise we sell, including, but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Product functionality

  • Product performance

  • Product lifespan

  • Resale value

  • Profitability

  • Recovery rates

Purchasing liquidation merchandise means accepting the risks commonly associated with wholesale liquidation inventory.

2. Nature of Liquidation Merchandise

Our inventory may include:

  • Customer returns

  • Overstock merchandise

  • Shelf pulls

  • Open-box products

  • Closeout inventory

  • Excess inventory

  • Untested merchandise

As a result, products may:

  • Be new, used, or previously handled;

  • Show cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or other imperfections;

  • Have damaged or missing retail packaging;

  • Be missing accessories or components;

  • Require testing, repair, cleaning, or refurbishment; or

  • Be non-functional.

These conditions are common within the liquidation industry and are reflected in our wholesale pricing.

3. Manufacturer Warranties

TF Wholesale Liquidator does not provide manufacturer warranties on liquidation merchandise.

Any manufacturer warranty that may exist is subject solely to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. We cannot guarantee that any product purchased through our liquidation inventory qualifies for manufacturer warranty coverage.

4. Replacement Parts and Technical Support

Because we sell wholesale liquidation pallets rather than individual retail products, we do not stock replacement parts or provide repair services or technical support for individual items contained within a pallet.

If you believe you have received verified defective merchandise or the wrong shipment, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy, which explains the available remedies.

5. Defective Merchandise

Although TF Wholesale Liquidator does not provide product warranties, we stand behind the accuracy of our order fulfillment.

If you believe you have received verified defective merchandise that exceeds the normal risks associated with liquidation inventory, you may be eligible for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Claims for defective merchandise must be reported within the timeframe specified in that policy and are subject to review and verification.

6. Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact TF Wholesale Liquidator before returning any items.

Exchange requests:

Products returned without prior approval may be refused.

7. Relationship to Our Refund & Returns Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the absence of product warranties on liquidation merchandise.

All requests involving:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Defective product claims

  • Incorrect shipments

  • Restocking fees

  • Cancellations

are governed exclusively by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits the rights or remedies expressly provided in that policy.
